Wherever the Ocean Flows

I hear that the human body has the same saline content as the ocean . . . (I think its like 4%, but I'm not sure). If Shio were to ever use his full power, he would turn into salt. In the world he lives in, there are three 'oceans' - an ocean in the center of the world, where Shio grew up, which is almost completely cut off from the sky ocean - an ocean surrounding the planet about 15 miles from the surface, in which islands float; this is where most of the people live. The third 'ocean' is more like a magnetic current around the planet, in which rocks and air have gathered to form a habitable ring. No one on the planet knows people live there.
